We guarantee the product to be delivered in satisfactory condition, after which any issues concerning quality, wear, or defective workmanship are solely the responsibility of the manufacturer. 

Products must be returned in new, unworn condition with all original product tags intact. The following items are not eligible for Returns or Exchanges:

• Customized Products
• Sale Items
• Worn or Used Products

If paid with debit or credit card, the refund will process to the original payment method. If the refund cannot be processed to the original payment method, we can issue the refund to a Sioux Shop gift card. 

Proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If you an item you ordered was damaged, defective, or missing, contact the Sioux Shop directly at [email protected].

When you contact us, include your order number and as much detail about the situation as possible. 

If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse delivery of the order.
