The Sioux Shop ships most items from our store, located in Grand Forks, ND. Packages are shipped using UPS and USPS.

Items that require customization or that are not stored in our warehouse may require additional production time. Choosing expedited shipping or pick-up in-store will not speed up the production time. These items are identified in the written item descriptions on their individual pages.

We are not able to ship oversized packages or gift cards to PO/APO/FPO addresses.

Pick Up In Store

You can select "Pick up in-store" as a delivery option in checkout. When your order is ready, we'll notify you using the email address associated with the order.

When picking up your order, be prepared to present a photo ID and the order number. The order number is located in the email notification. 

If someone else is picking up the order for you, let us know who to expect using the comments section in the checkout or contact us directly. To find our contact information, go to About Us. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of checkout based on the weight, method, and destination of your order.

Shipping Timelines

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days.

Delivery estimates are calculated in business days. Packages do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Actual transit time will depend on the shipping method selected and the delivery destination. The day the order is shipped from our location is not considered a transit date. If applicable, a tracking number will be provided when the order is shipped. 

When placing your order, remember the following:

• All NIL products are made to order. Allow at least 5-10 business days for product production and shipment. For more details on NIL products, visit NIL Opportunities.
• Large and/or Personalized items ship directly from the vendors. 
• Holidays may impact delivery estimates. To verify holiday shipping dates, visit UPS or USPS. 

International Shipping

We only ship internationally to Canada. 

Shipments with a destination within Canada are subject to brokerage fees as well as applicable duties and taxes. These brokerage fees and applicable duties and taxes will be collected from the customer at the time of delivery. Exact charges may vary.
