1 Authentics Customization
1.1 Can I put a name or number on a jersey?
Yes. However, the Sioux Shop reserves the right to reject anything that may seem inappropriate or not in compliance with the National Collegiate Athletic Associate (NCAA) guidelines. For more details, go to Authentics Customization.
1.2 Can I put a current player's name and number on a jersey or other apparel?
The option to customize a jersey or other product with the name, image, or license (NIL) of a current player, depends on the player. For more details, go to Authentics and NIL.
1.3 How do I earn money as a UND Student Athelete?

2 Account Information
2.1 What is an Account?
An account allows you to store your user profile information, find your past Order History, and establish a Wishlist of items. You can access your personal account information at any time by simply logging in from the Account Login.
2.2 How do I create an Account?
A account can be setup either at the time of purchase or by going to the Account Login page and selecting "Create an Account".
2.3 What if I forget my password?
Go to Forgot your password? and enter the email address associated with your account.
3 Discounts
3.1 How do I get my North Dakota Champions Club (NDCC) discount online?
To receive your 10% NDCC discount online, login to siouxshop.com with the email address that is associated with your NDCC account. If you have never shopped online, select Forgot your password? and enter your email address.
3.2 How do I get my NDCC discount in store?
If you are the primary NDCC account owner, provide a photo ID with your first and last name at checkout.
3.3 Can I get the student, faculty, or military discount online?
These discounts are only available in store. Provide your student, faculty, or military photo ID at checkout.
4 Ordering
4.1 How do I cancel or edit my order?
The cancellation must be received before we ship the order. To cancel an order, contact us directly by phone (701-777-6636), email ([email protected]), or the Contact Us form. Include the Order Number and reason for the cancellation. You may also contact us toll free at 1-877-91-SIOUX.
4.2 Why didn't I get an Order Confirmation or Shipping Confirmation email?
We automatically send order and shipping confirmation emails for every order. If you are not receiving these emails, check that we have the correct email address and that siouxshop.com and theralph.com are excluded from spam filtering software.
4.3 Do you accept orders by phone?
Absolutely. Call 707-777-6636 or toll free at 877-91-SIOUX during our business hours. For our hours of operation, go to About Us. You can also place an order on siouxshop.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
5 Payment
5.1 What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, gift cards. Cash is accepted in store. For more information go to Payment and Sales Tax.
6 Shipping
6.1 What shipping options are available?
Shipping options, rates, and timelines for delivery vary depending on what you select during checkout. For more information about how to receive your order, go to Delivery and Pick-up.
7 Tracking
7.1 Will I get a Tracking Number when the order is sent?
Tracking Numbers are generally sent when the order is fully processed and marked as completed. We use SHIPSTATION as our shipping platform. You may receive tracking numbers and updates by either SHIPSTATION or [email protected].
7.2 Why didn't I get a Tracking Number?
Tracking Numbers are not always active until 12-24 hours after we make them available and do not apply to Special Order products. If you would like a tracking number for a Special Order, contact us via email at [email protected]
7.3 Why doesn't my Tracking Number work on the UPS/USPS website?
Tracking Numbers are generated and emailed at our facility at the time your package is prepared for shipping. UPS and USPS often require additional time to get this information available to your online. The Tracking Numbers are generally available within 12-24 hours after the Notification Email is sent.
8 Returns & Exchanges
8.1 What is your Product Return Policy?
Most products sold by the Ralph Engelstad Sioux Shop are offered with a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Items that have been used or worn as well as special order, customized, and sale items are not eligible for return or exchanges.
